Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.  

To initiate a return, simply contact us at freakysimplesupply@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
